Terms and Conditions

Deposit required upon booking.
Deposit will not refunded if cancellation occurs.
Full payment due upon completion of installation.
All decor not specifically purchased by client is considered rental decor and client will be charged in full for any items missing or damaged at take down.
Full payment is non-refundable with-in 72 hours of scheduled installation and any cancellations will be charged in full at this point. Up to 72 hours in advance of installation client can cancel and will only be charged the deposit.
A percentage of net profits on each job will be donated to one of our non-profit partners and client is able to request their favorite non-profit from the list.
